Thank you to everyone that walked through our troubleshooting steps to help determine if you’re having this ‘board not powering on’ issue. It has been determined that unfortunately, this is not something that can be repaired in-house.
Our battery control board manufacturer has been made aware of the issue, and new battery packs are being prepared for immediate production. In the meantime, we are working with them on a test or a series of tests that we can perform to help determine which of our battery control boards may have this issue, and which we can be confident do not.
We will continue to hold outgoing shipments until we can be confident that replacement smart battery packs are free from this issue.
